37A LEAMINGTON ROAD VILLAS I’m a designer/architect who has for the past 2 years been working hard on a property I bought at auction in a terrible state. When I bought the property it was a 1 bed 1 bath garden flat property. One third of the previous flat was circulation space, after substantially reconfiguring the flat, digging out the existing coal chute and putting a modest extension into our gorgeous garden the property now stands at a generous 3 double bed, 3 bath property.
