Haworth Tompkins are working with Peabody and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to implement a major regeneration project at the edge of the Silchester Estate, adjacent Latimer Road Tube Station.
The new build will provide 112 mixed tenure homes and community and retail facilities. The scheme has been designed around a communal garden, integrating an existing 20 storey tower within a new urban block.
The proposals include a new mews alongside the existing railway viaduct, creating opportunities for opening up the arches for new employment use, and collaboration with artist Nathan Coley.
